After Neymar was left out of PSG's squad for the Ligue 1 opener, it appears there's no choice but for the Brazilian to pack his bags and return to Spain. Barça remain in pole position to land Neymar but Real Madrid continue in talks with both the player and his current club.
One image which won't do anything to stop the rumours from spreading is that of the lawyer who paid Neymar's €222m buyout clause with LaLiga, Juan de Dios Crespo, as he was spotted in Barcelona this Monday.
Crespo is a Valencian lawyer is often involved in major deals involving UEFA, UEFA or CAS. When asked whether he was in the city to conclude a move for Neymar the lawyer refused to answer.
The same lawyer was used by Barça after they were banned by FIFA in 2014 for the signing of underage players.
