The huge offer from PSG for Ousmane Dembele that is hard to compete with
Barcelona want to keep the French winger and he wants to stay but there's crazy money on the table
Ousmane Dembele and FC Barcelona are doing their parts to try and ensure he stays at the club beyond June 30. There have been two meetings between his agent Moussa Sissoko and Mateu Alemany. One in Marrakech and the other in Barcelona. The sides are still far apart but there are new conversations and the predisposition is good.
Per journalist Toni Juanmarti, Dembele has an offer from PSG on the table that is far bigger than what Barcelona have offered. 17 million euros a year plus a sign on fee. They have not received a reply from Dembele yet and are pushing the winger to decide.
Ousmane’s priority is to stay. He likes Xavi and believes in the project. SPORT have reported about Dembele’s willingness to take a reduced salary compared to what they offer him from elsewhere; however it will be hard for Barca to get close to this bid from PSG.
