The goalkeeper wasn't happy with FC Barcelona's performance as the team squeezed past Slavia Prague last night

Marc André Ter Stegen was extremely critical of FC Barcelona's laboured victory over Slavia Prague last night in the Champions League.

The goalkeeper spoke to 'Movistar' following the conclusion of the contest. "(I'm) angry because we didn't perform as we know we should. At least we've got the three points, which is always important, but we also need to talk about a few things."

Ter Stegen didn't want to mention specific people by name but he made it clear that performances such as that one weren't good enough. "It's something we need to talk about between ourselves. Not in public. There are things we need to improve but I'd prefer to talk with those who were out on the pitch first."

Slavia's goal ruined the keeper's chance of a clean sheet. "They equalised with their first chance in the second half. We can't allow a player to be left alone. There are things we need to improve upon tactically and we weren't at 100%."
