The English side are adamant they won't accept anything less than €80m for the Brazilian wide man

According to Sky Sports News, Chelsea have rejected a third offer from Barcelona for their winger Willian. The bid was €61m but this is still deemed too low by the English club. Willian, who is tempted by a move to the Camp Nou, remains on holiday but might need to get involved if he's to switch clubs this summer.

Barça have made Willian their first choice but are getting frustrated by the lack of progress being made. Chelsea know they have time on their side and, as of today, the player won't force a move elsewhere. The team's new coach, Sarri, has also asked that Chelsea stop the exodus of talent leaving the club. It's already assumed that Hazard and Courtois will join Real Madrid.

It'll be interesting to see if negotiations between Barça and Chelsea move forward in the next few days or, if not, whether they collapse. In England they claim that Chelsea are willing to sell the player but not for a penny under €80m. This is a problem as Barça aren't willing to raise their offer that high.
