The Catalan club want to bring the Brazilian forward to Camp Nou this summer

FC Barcelona continue to push for the signing of Willian. Among other reasons, because the player himself has expressed on various occasions his desire to leave.

Chelsea will not be in the Champions League next season after finishing fifth in the Premier League and SPORT revealed recently that now's a good moment to make the London club an offer.

According to Sky Sports, Barça have made a new offer after having a second bid worth 59 million euros turned down last week. They claim that the Catalan club have now returned with a new bid worth in the region of 61 million euros.

The problem is that Manchester United are also interested in the Brazil forward, while new Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri wants him to stay at Stamford Bridge.

For that reason, it seems an agreement is a long way away and any move for Willian could turn into the soap opera of the summer -- even if it was love at first sight for Ernesto Valverde
