The Argentine forward is thinking of leaving the club when his deal expires in 2021
Leo Messi is planning to leave Barcelona next summer, according to a report from Manu Carreño on Cadena Ser show El Larguero.
Carreño says talks over a new deal have stalled, with Messi future at Camp Nou in the air. The Argentine forward's current terms expire in 2021.
El Larguero go further, explaining that "Messi is fed up of permanent leaks from the club and that he's made responsible for decisions that have nothing to do with him."
And they continued: "Negotiations had started well, with understanding on both sides, but Messi has reconsidered everything since then and for now has decided to stop talks."
Messi could have left Barça this summer for free due to a clause in his contract but decided not to execute it.
Therefore, the club and the player had started to talk about another renewal, although SER now suggest Messi could end his link with Barça in 2021 and move to another club.
