Samuel Umtiti speaks in court before going to Bilbao
The Barca player must appear after being accused of destroying a house
Samuel Umtiti finds himself in Esplugues de Llobregat court after being accused of causing 183,000 euros worth of damage to a house he was renting in Baix Llobregat.
He appeared at 11am as requested by the court. He was in there for an hour and left after testifying. He said he did not know the damage was done. Umtiti is now scheduled to fly to Bilbao for the clash against Athletic Club in the Copa del Rey quarter-final tonight.
Umtiti will go with Eric Abidal, the Barcelona sporting director, who is waiting for him in the airport.
