Ronald Koeman reveals to Lucescu Gerard Pique's absence time
The Barca coach spoke to his opposite number before the game in Kiev
Ronald Koeman and Mircea Lucescu, the coaches of Barca and Dinamo Kiev, spoke at game on Tuesday night and one of the topics was Gerard Pique. Barca's coach said "maybe he's out for four or five months" to his opposite number, with the conversation picked up by Movistar cameras. Pique will visit doctor Ramón Cugat to find out specifics.
Lucescu was seen praising Barca, "your football was good" he said of the Catalans against Atletico Madrid, while Koeman said "Atletico are very good defensively".
Oscar Mingueza came in for Pique against Kiev and did well, likely to keep his place against Osasuna on Sunday. Maybe for quite some time, if what Koeman said proves true...
