Ronald de Boer betting on 4-3-3 with De Jong as the leader
He said that Koeman has shown he is a great coach but needs time and patience
Former Barcelona player Ronald de Boer spoke to "Que t'hi jugues" on Ser Catalunya. De Boer spoke about the club's performance, and Ronald Koeman.
"The team is in a transition period, you have to have patience," said De Boer. "Koeman is a very good coach, he needs more time, but football doesn't give you time."

Asked about the current problem, he added: "I think the forwards aren't making the difference."
"Messi is still untouchable," he added, and he also spoke about a transfer target. "Depay is a good player, he can take the ball, play with his back to goal, he's got good free kicks, but they need more than Depay, they need more than that."
On Frenkie de Jong, he said: "De Jong has to be the leader and you have to tell Busquets he's in second place now. He has to play in his best position, the Busquets position."
