The agent of Roma's Manolas says the Catalans are interested

Madrid and Chelsea have also shown interest in the defender

Kostas Manolas, Roma's Greek centre-back, is a target for Barcelona. According to the player's agent, they are one of various big sides interested in his man.

While Roma have rejected any offers for him so far, declaring him untransferrable, Manolas' agent confirmed that the player has himself snubbed the idea of a move to Zenit St Petersburg, but "has options like Inter, Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona".

Ioannis Evangelopoulos told Tuttomercatoweb that he prefered not to explain why Manolas rejected Zenit but that his man "is still a Roma player and is participating in pre-season work.

"Inter could be an interesting option, the same as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus are. There are many teams that have spoken to us."

Barcelona have an option on Manolas, obtained when they loaned Thomas Vermaelen to the Italian side.
