Reports in England claim Barça are leading the chase for Harry Kane

Reports linking Harry Kane as Luis Suarez's replacement at Barcelona grow stronger all the time. The Tottenham forward, who faced the Catalans in the Champions League, is wanted by a number of Europe's biggest clubs. And, according to the Daily Express, Barça are best-placed to sign the No.9 at the moment.
In England, they say that Barça want to tie down Suarez's replacement thinking in the short-to-medium-term. The Uruguayan will be 32 in January. Of the options, at Can Barça, they believe the English frontman is the ideal player. Not just that, but the Blaugrana would also be the favourites, ahead of Real Madrid and Manchester United, to land him.
Kane, 25, could be ready to take the leap to a team capable of winning the Champions League. He could leave in the summer but it remains to be seen what his price would be. Remember that Barça are also working on other operations, like Ajax duo De Ligt and De Jong, so they need to decide what their priorities are.
