Arsenal have made an official bid for the Leeds United forward
But he is waiting to see if Barça will finally make a move for him
Raphina will keep waiting for Barcelona, at least for a few more days. The Brazilian winger has met with his agent, Deco, in Ibiza to talk about his future and both are clear it is worth waiting to see if Barça's offer arrives despite Premier League interest.
The forward wants to play in the Spanish league and will force Leeds United to reduce the fee they are demanding, although it still depends on Ousmane Dembele's decision. Barça will move if the Frenchman leaves.
Raphinha's future has been blocked by Barça for around a month. He is their first option if they have to strengthen on the wing if, as expected, Dembele goes when his contratx expires this coming week.
They are pressing the Frenchman for a decision so they can look elsewhere if necessary. The club let Adama Traore return to Wolves after his loan expired.
Raphinha and his agent are running out of time though because they now have a big offer from Arsenal, who know of Barça's interest but also that it is not certain they will move for him.
Deco plans to arrive in Barcelona in the coming hours for an update. If Dembele leaves, the agent and Barça have a plan to get Raphinha to Camp Nou for no more than €50m.
