The French forward has been dropped from Ernesto Valverde's team

FC Barcelona are weighing up the possibility of selling Ousmane Dembele in January, according to RAC1. The Blaugrana talked about the possibility of letting him go following the win over Inter last Wednesday when he was left on the bench for the whole game, just a few days after he's arrived late for the Sevilla match.

Ernesto Valverde tried to play it down, saying that he had been at the pre-game talk, but cameras captured Dembele arriving after his teammates. The club wanted to keep on top of the issue and on Thursday, according to RAC1, has a meeting to internally discuss the forward's situation.

The conclusion was to look at the possible buyers in January. Barça have decided to act strongly on the issue.

However, Valverde gave him another chance in the Clasico and he responded, playing a role in two of the last three Barça goals as Madrid were beaten 5-1. He set up Arturo Vidal's goal and drove forward with the ball in the move which ended with Sergi Roberto setting up Luis Suarez.
