Adrien Rabiot has been offered to Barcelona on a free transfer when his Juventus contract expires.

Barça were close to signing Rabiot in 2019, but finally pulled out of the operation after a war with PSG, which ended with the midfielder joining Juventus as a free agent.

The French international's contract with Juve expires at the end of the season and, after an excellent World Cup, he is looking for a change of scenery -- and would welcome a move to a Barça side that is looking for zero-cost midfielders for next season.

Rabiot has had some inconsistent campaigns at Juventus, although this season he has recovered his best form. In fact, in the World Cup he has become one of France coach Didier Deschamps' regulars and has been decisive in their run to the final, although he missed the semifinal due to illness.

His market value has risen again and his technical profile fits perfectly into the Blaugrana style as an interior midfielder.

The France international was very close to signing for Barça in 2019 when he left PSG free. Those negotiations heightened the tension between the two clubs and, finally, the player opted for a better offer from Juventus to go to Italy.

PSG were considering bringing him next summer, but the wounds from his departure have not yet healed and it seems that there will be no possible deal.

Rabiot would like to play for Barça despite the fact that he has big offers from the Premier League. The player will not make a final decision on his future until after January. He will not move mid-season and will leave Juventus for free as he did PSG.
