Quique Setien: To be champions we'll have to win all our games

Setién: Veo a los jugadores con una ilusión y motivación especial / | FC BARCELONA

The Barca coach spoke about what is left of the season with the games about to resume

FC Barcelona's Quique Setien has explained the team's sensations with less than a week to go before football returns. Barca visit Mallorca at 10pm on Saturday June 13.

Setien said that "the team is doing well with the work we've been doing" but added that "we would have needed an extra week to really be in good condition."

Despite that, he thinks that "all the players have a lot of enthusiasm and are very motivated to play. [The stoppage] has been good because the players get tired. It's been different from other years in their careers.

"The team have a special extra bit of motivation (but) all teams will have that."

There are 11 games to go and Barca are two points clear of Madrid.

"Normally in pre-season you play games, rotate and now will be different. We'll see how the games are and each player's situation, each one is different. We have to win all the games. We're in a good mental state and we'll see how the games go and the difficulties opponents pose us."

He sais Barca will miss "the stimulus and support of the public, which has a great influence. It's a special situation which we will try to overcome, but that will go for other teams too when we're away. We'll try and bring joy to the fans."
