The Barça coach spoke after his side returned with a 4-0 win at Mallorca

Barcelona returned to La Liga action with a 4-0 win over Mallorca on Saturday to move five points clear of Real Madrid, who host Eibar on Sunday. 

Arturo Vidal, Martin Braithwaite, Jordi Alba and Lionel Messi were on target as the Catalans made light work of their hosts in the end. 

Barça coach Quique Setien was happy with his side's return to winning ways following a three-month break due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

"We lacked control at times but the sensations were good, we did a lot well and we had chances to score more," Setien said afyer the game. 

Setien also revealed that his plan went almost exactly to play, with the exception of having to take off Frenke de Jong, who "asked for the change, but we don't think it's anything serious."  

Ronald Araujo was the surprise pick in the XI, ahead of Samuel Umtiti, with Clement Lenglet suspended. "He played on the left which is not his usual position but he responded well," Setien said. 

There was also a return for Luis Suarez as a second-half substitute after five months out. "He was spectacular if we consider how long it has been since he's played, I am sure we're going to see more and more as the league progresses from him," the coach stated. 

As for Braithwaite, who scored his first Barça goal, Setien concluded: "He moved well from the left and got his goal. Very satisfied."
