PSG launch campaign to clean Neymar's image with angry fans
The club want supporters to forget about the Brazilian's attempt to leave the club this summer
Paris Saint-German have started an intense campaign with the aim of cleaning Neymar's image at the club and making fans forget about how he's attempted to force a move away this summer.
PSG want to bring Neymar back into the first team setup following his failed move to Barcelona and want the supporters to welcome him back into the fold.
Neymar has been criticised by fans during talks with Barça. There have been chants against him at games and banners held up with messages aimed at him.
The Brazilian has not yet played for the club this season, at first due to injury but more recently because, as revealed by Thomas Tuchel, they wanted to wait until his future was resolved.
PSG will now launch a communications campaign and work with fans with the hope that Neymar will be accepted once again as the idol he was when he first joined in 2017.
