Leonardo says a deal could still be done and PSG are open to receiving players

Paris Saint-Germain's sporting director Leonardo says talks remain open over Neymar's potential return to Barcelona but that there is still no agreement.

"There is no agreement because our demands haven't been accepted," Leonardo said after PSG's 2-0 win at Metz in Ligue 1 on Friday night.

"PSG's position on Neymar has always been clear: if a satisfactory offer arrives then he could leave but that is not the case. Honestly, the first written offer we received [from Barça] was on August 27, five days before the window closes.

"The negotiations have not broken down but there's no agreement for now because our demands have not been met. We are open to talking about including players, but there's not been an agreement in relation to our conditions."

Leonardo also said there is no deadline other than the closing of the transfer window on Monday, adding that Neymar's desire to leave has always been clear.
