The Brazilian is expected to leave Paris in the next few days and his club are offering him around Europe

As revealed by SPORT last Sunday, PSG have decided the best course of action is to move on Neymar - even if it's only on loan. Over in Paris, they realise the tension is unbearable and this is why Neymar is on the market. However, due to the bad blood between the two sides, PSG will try and offload the Brazilian to anyone but FC Barcelona. They have already offered him to Manchester, Juventus and Real Madrid.

PSG are aware that Neymar wants a Camp Nou return but the French club are doing their best to decide where he ends up. As revealed by SPORT yesterday, Neymar was offered to Manchester United. Later on 'The Times' confirmed the story, adding extra details of their own. The offer was a €20m loan fee as well as dovering his massive wages for the next 12 months. United turned it down.

Real Madrid were the first club who PSG got in contact with. Unlike at Barça, the relationship between Madrid and PSG is extremely good. Florentino Perez is a big fan of Neymar but this is in stark contrast to his coach, Zinedine Zidane, who would much prefer Paul Pogba. Neymar is also expected to oppose a move to the Bernabeu as he only wants Barça.

Juventus are another club who are considering a move for Neymar. The Brazilian fits the profile of player they are looking for, especially as they don't have the finances to pay a transfer fee, Neymar is also expected to turn down a move to Turin.

Neymar's entourage are happy that PSG are now open to letting him leave but they want to be the ones who decide where his future lies. It's no secret that Neymar's only wish is to sign for Barça should they present an offer to his club. Should the option of Barcelona not present itself, then Neymar would demand as much money from possible when it comes to any other club.

So far, Barça have refused to confirm or deny their intentions when it comes to Neymar's situation. They have, however, been asked to keep informed of any updates. A loan deal is the only viable option for the club right now.

Another option is to include a player going the other way on loan. Despite Coutinho being the main name linked with a switch to PSG but it appears they would prefer Rakitic instead. Both Leonardo and Tuchel have given the 'OK' to signing the Croatian but, as always, the decision belongs to PSG's owners.

Neymar has fully recovered from his injury and is ready to start the season. With Lionel Messi a doubt for the opening game, now might be the ideal time for the Brazilian to return.
