Pique suggests he could be fit to face Real Madrid at the Bernabeu
The defender injured his ankle at San Paolo against Napoli on Tuesday
Gerard Pique gave Barcelona a scare at the end of their 1-1 Champions League draw against Napoli on Tuesday night in Italy.
The Barça defender had to be taken off in stoppage time after hurting his ankle, setting off alarm bells ahead of Sunday's game against Real Madrid.
However, Pique calmed down the panic when he left the Stadio San Paolo, explaining to the media that he felt OK and he believed he could be fit for the Clasico this weekend.
He was walking fine, with a slight limp, as he headed through the mixed zone to get on the team bus after passing through anti-doping.
Barça can ill-afford to be without Pique as they will already be missing full-backs Sergi Roberto and Jordi Alba for the top of the table clash in Madrid.
