The Gunners' striker wants a loan move and will accept low pay if needs be

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has shown his desire to play for Barcelona is huge. Not for money, but to re-state his case as one of the world’s best strikers. Barcelona are trying to get Ousmane Dembele out and then they will be able to go for the Gabonese forward on loan from Arsenal.

The problem is that Dembele’s case is not moving at the moment and Mateu Alemany has managed to get Aubameyang to help out too.

Barcelona’s salary cap doesn’t give them much breathing room but Auba has agreed to play for “practically nothing” to spend the rest of the season with Barcelona.

That means Barcelona just have to strike a deal with Arsenal and the forward will be able to come on loan regardless of what happens with Dembele.

The winger is set to be sidelined for the rest of the season if he does not decide to leave or sign a new deal.
