Negotiations have broken off and the Brazilian doesn't want to go to north London
Philippe Coutinho will leave Barcelona before the window shuts but it won't be to the Premier League barring a last minute surprise. The Tottenham option has been closed off. The English club changed the economic conditions late on and it was hard for the two parties to agree. Coutinho also didn't nat to go back to England that much.
It's clear he needs to leave if Barca are to sign Neymar. Coutinho has not adapted well and wants more minutes at another club where he can play a key role.
Barca are willing to loan him out but few sides can afford his salary. Juventus and Bayern Munich are alert to the situation and could be the only options.
Coutinho and Barcelona tried to find Premier League answers but it was not possible.
