Philippe Coutinho out for 20 days with thigh injury
Barcelona's new signing will not be able to make his debut until February
FC Barcelona published a medical statement on Monday which explains that Philippe Coutinho cannot play for the club for 20 days due to a thigh problem.
The new signing from Liverpool arrived with the injury which was analysed during his medical on Monday morning.
"First team player Philippe Coutinho has an injury in his right thigh. He will be out for around 20 days."
Valverde will have to wait three weeks for his new signing therefore, who is likely to make his debut against Espanyol on February 4 - the team he used to play for while on loan from Inter Milan.
