Dietmar Hamann has suggested Bayern should not make the move permanent

Philippe Coutinho has not adapted to Bayern Munich and finds himself being scrutinised once again following his summer loan move from Barcelona.

Former player Dietmar Hamann is the latest to have a pop at the Brazilian international, who cost Barça 160 million euros when they signed him from Liverpool.

"At this point, I wouldn't sign Coutinho on a permanent deal," he told t-online. "Until now, he hasn't shown enough to justify a transfer fee of more than €100 million. At the moment, he's probably not even worth half of that.

"Coutinho is a sensitive player, and not everyone can play for Bayern München. That's a special club."

Bayern have an option to sign Coutinho next summer for 120 million from Barca, who need to move him on to balance their books.
