Pep Guardiola: I know Eric Garcia wants to go to Barca
The Catalan coach spoke about his centre-back who wants a move to Barca
The transfer window closes on Monday and Barcelona are negotiating against the clock to bring in a centre-back to join Gerard Pique and Clement Lenglet.
The Blaugrana have set their sights on Man City's Eric Garcia, who wants to return to Camp Nou. The player is out of contract in June 2021, but City don't want to let him go cheap - they are hoping for 30 million for the player.
Pep Guardiola was asked about the Garcia soap opera.
"I don't know exactly what will happen. I know that he wants to go back to living in Barcelona, I know that Barca want him, but I don't think the clubs have an agreement. That's what I know for now, we don't know what will happen."
City have signed centre-back Ruben Dias.
