The Barcelona teen has been in fine fettle this season for the Catalan giants

The Spanish national team are starting World Cup 2022 qualification and on Monday, Luis Enrique will publish his squad list for the games in March. Spain play Greece (March 25 in Granada), Georgia (March 28 in Tbilisi) and Kosovo (March 31 in Sevilla), looking for points.

It is expected Barcelona midfielder Pedri Gonzalez will be included in the squad list for the first time, ready for his debut at 18 years od age. He has played in the U21s already but he is a starter for Barcelona and performing at a high level so he is virtually assured of his place.

Jordi Alba has also been in good form but Lucho might choose to keep Sergio Reguilon and Jose Gaya. The latter is the current starter.

Sergio Busquets will be included and he has raised his game at Barca of late. Sergi Roberto is out still and with Dani Carvajal injured, Jesus Navas is the only regular right back fit and ready.

Eric Garcia is at risk as he is not playing for Man City. In goal, Kepa is also not playing so could also be left out.
