Pedri and Ferran Torres have tested positive for Covid-19. They are well and isolating at home, said Barcelona in a statement on Monday night.
Neither took part in the 1-0 win at Mallorca on Sunday, with both still recovering from injuries.
Ferran had hoped to feature to some extent against Granada but now will not be available for that game at the weekend.
However Xavi did get Dani Alves and Jordi Alba back from their virus enforced absences.
