The French clcub must sell Cavani before they can move for Suarez
Paris Saint-Germain are working on their strategy to sign Luis Suarez. The club have received Neymar's rquest to move for the Uruguayan, as revealed by SPORT, and are now working on bringing him in alongside the Brazilian.
The French club's sporting director, Antero Henrique,is leading the operation. To start with, he needs to sort our Cavani's future. Neymar doesn't want to play alongside him and he is ready to leave.
PSG need to sell their actual No.9 to satisfy Neymar and, at the same time, seek to comply with UEFA's Financial Fair Play rules. They know that Suarez would probably cost more than Cavani, so they need that money to present an offer to Barcelona.

In the case that Cavani is sold, PSG must make contact with Barça. The relationship between the two clubs is not great since Neymar's move to Paris. PSG never accepted the Catalan club's interest in players like Thiago Silva, Marquinhos and Verratti.
