Barcelona coach Quique Setien says it's too soon for the forward

Ousmane Dembele will not be rushed back into action. The Barcelona forward's injury history means no risks will be taken as he returns from a hamstring problem. He is back in training but coach Quique Setien says he won't feature against Levante at Camp Nou this weekend.

Asked if there was any chance of the Frenchman making the squad for the league game, Setien completely ruled it out: "It would be premature to bring Dembele in. We will see for the coming games, but we're not going to get ahead of ourselves."

Therefore, it seems he could feature in the Copa del Rey game at Athletic Club on Thursday. If not, then maybe at the Benito Villamarín against Real Betis next Sunday.

Remember that Dembele has not played since injuring his hamstring on Nov. 27 in the Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund. He had to be taken off in the 25th minute against his former side.
