Ousmane Dembele out for at least three months
The Barca forward will miss pre-season and the start of the next campaign
Ousmane Dembele’s future is uncertain even beyond whether he moves club or not this summer. The Frenchman went off injured for France against Hungary in the 87th minute, after coming on in the 57th.
The French winger has a muscular problem in his right knee according to L’Equipe and he could be out for around three months. All Didier Deschamps would reveal in his press conference was that he would miss the next game.
There’s a chance Dembele needs surgery on the injury. The programme Tot Costa on Catalunya Radio say he’s out for at least three months.
The Frenchman’s contract at Barcelona expires next summer and Barca are afraid he will wait for it to tick down and then leave for free.
