Ousmane Dembele: I'm good at Barcelona
The French winger can leave for any club he likes at the end of the month for free
There’s been a new episode in the Ousmane Dembele saga. When it appeared he was a foot and a half out of the door at Camp Nou, a fan posted a video with him which implies otherwise.
The player is in his car at a traffic light and the fan asked him some questions. “I'm good at Barcelona,” said Dembele.
“Are you staying at Barça?” asked the fan. “Yes,” said Ousmane.
Then he was asked about Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea, but Dembele said he was happy at Barcelona.
His contract with Barcelona ends on June 30. The club have spoken with his agent Moussa Sissoko but the demands are too high for Barcelona to match.
Xavi would dearly like to keep Dembele but the club have been operating on the basis that he will leave.
