Injuries have frustrated his career at Barca since he arrived in 2017
Ousmane Dembele's signing has not gone to plan. Injuries have stopped the French winger shining at Barcelona, since he arrived for 105 million euros plus 42m euros in variables. He was the club's replacement for Neymar in the summer of 2017.
Dembele has only played 4,150 minutes since he arrived, of the 16,200 that Barcelona have been in action. That's 25.62 per cent. Injuries have stopped that from being more.
If you look at the minutes he's played while actually available, it's 53 per cent of 7,830.
IIn terms of games, Dembele has played 75 of the 173 that Barcelona have had since his arrival, 43.3% of the total.
He has played 52 in La Liga (12 goals), 15 in the Champions League (4 goals), 7 in the Copa del Rey (2 goals) and one in the Spanish Super Cup (1 goal).

Dembele has scored 18 goals in 75 games, on average one in four. His best season was 18-19 with 14. He scored four in his first year and just one in the third. This season he has played 20 minutes and did not find the net.
The present season will be the making or breaking of him at Barca. Depending on how he does he could even be sold in January.
Man United are interested in the player, who has a contract until June 2022 at Barca with a 400m euro release clause.
