Ousmane Dembele 'has accepted Chelsea's offer'
The Barcelona winger has not given Barcelona a yes or no on their contract offer yet
According to Le10Sport, Ousmane Dembele has already decided his future. The French forward accepted Chelsea’s proposal, per the report, and will join them for free at the end of his Barcelona contract this month. He was a player that coach Thomas Tuchel wanted to reconnect with after their Borussia Dortmund days.
PSG, another club looking at his signing, seemed to lose interest a few weeks ago after Luis Campos took over of the sports department.
Dembele’s deal expires on June 30 with Barcelona, and he or his agent Moussa Sissoko have not agreed a new one with Barcelona. Their offer is on the table.
Xavi wants to keep Dembele badly and the pair have a good relationship. The coach’s determination was key to Barcelona reopening negotiations after the winter window issues.
