Christensen has been speaking while with the Danish national team

Andreas Christensen rarely speaks to the media. And that's why when he does, you have to listen to him. The Dane, undoubtedly one of the biggest sensations so far this season at Barcelona, arrived quietly and has become indispensable for Xavi Hernandez. And he appeared at a press conference during the Danish national team's training camp this week.

"The national team coach said I'm one of the best centre-backs in the world? Honestly, I don't think so. Our defence at Barça has conceded only nine goals because we are a team and because of the great tactical preparation," said Christensen, who is probably having the best season of his career.

Andreas also spoke about his Spanish ("it's improving") and his adaptation to Barcelona: "Barcelona is a brutal attraction for footballers. There are mountains, beaches and the food is excellent."
