The winger will join the Italian side this week for around 13 million euros
Carles Perez's move from Roma to Barcelona is close to being official. According to Onda Cero, the winger has reached an agreement with the Serie A side and will travel to Italy on Tuesday to finalise the move.
Perez's departure has come about in record time after Barça told him on Friday that he was no longer in their plans. The news surprised the player, who needed time to come to terms with the decision. Since then, he has decided to accept the offer from Roma and could make his debut this weekend.
Pending official confirmation, Perez is expected to join Roma on loan with an obligatory buy clause in the summer worth around 13 million euros.
