Official: Philippe Coutinho loaned to Bayern Munich
Barcelona announced the exit of the Brazilian player, their record signing
Philippe Coutinho's departure is official. Barcelona have published a statement explaining the Brazilian will spend the season on loan at Bayern Munich, who are paying 8.5 million euros to have the midfielder, and have a 120m euro option to buy at the end of his time at the Allianz.

Barcelona "publicly thank Coutinho for his commitment and dedication and wish him a lot of luck in his new era".

Coutinho played 75 games for Barcelona, netting 21 goals and providing 11 assists. 13 of the goals were in La Liga, five in the Copa del Rey and three in the Champions League.
Coutinho won La Liga twice (18, 19), the Copa del Rey once (18) and the Spanish Super Cup.
