Official: Barcelona leave Alex Collado unregistered
The forward has not been included in the B team registered squad either
Alex Collado has not been registered for Barca or for Barca B. They published their squad list for the B team on Thursday and he will not form part of that squad.
The Sabadell forward’s situation is difficult because he has no place in the first team either and the board spent the summer trying to sell him. The No 25 is free but Koeman is not planning to register him.
He was close to signing for Bruges, leaving Barca’s pre-season campaign but eventually there was no deal and he returned to Barcelona. Neither was there a deal with Sporting Braga or Sheffield United, who wanted him.
Collado is in limbo now and waiting to find out where he can play. Barca have made it clear there is no place for him. He might end up in Turkey or Russia, like Pjanic.
Gavi and Balde will both keep Juvenil registrations this season. Despite being in the first team dynamic they have decided for various reasons to keep them there officially.
