The reserves plays Sabadell on Sunday, with Koeman's side hosting Granada on Monday

Nico Gonzalez did not train with the first team on Sunday and has instead been named in the B team squad for the match against Sabadell.

The midfielder appeared set to be with the first team after Pedri's injury, but for now will continue with Sergi Barjuan's side.

Nico, 19, will start against Sabadell as Barça B look for their first win of the season. Although that doesn't mean he won't be in the first-team squad on Monday, it does mean he's unlikely to start.

It will be the second game running Nico plays for the reserves. He played 90 minutes in their last game, while Gavi played just 45.

That was a suggestion the latter would play against Bayern Munich and he did come off the bench. He could now start against Granada with Pedri injured.

Alejandro Balde also remains with the first team after Jordi Alba got injured. The young left-back won't be involved with the second team this weekend.
