The Portuguese defender admitted to DAZN that he didn't reach the level he wanted

Nelson Semedo analysed his time as a Barcelona player on DAZN. The Wolves right back said that he wasn't as good as he would have liked with the Catalans.

"At Barcelona I enjoyed it a lot and I made very good friendships I'll keep for life," said Semedo. "I'd rate it as positive, I won four trophies and played nearly 150 games in three years, something very hard to do at Barca, so I think it was a good experience for me.

"I'd have been able to play more, but at Barca there is a very high level and all the players are very good. I think that I didn't get to the level I wanted. I had to adapt to a totally different game than I was accustomed to. It's a hard playing style and not easy to adapt to. In the end I did it because my team-mates helped me a lot, but it's hard to adapt to Barcelona's style of football."
