In England they are linking his rebirth to Barcelona's interest
The British media are hailing the return of the best of Mesut Ozil and linking that to Barcelona's interest in him ahead of the winter transfer window. Man United and Chelsea have also been linked.
The midfielder provided two assists and scored a goal in Arsenal's 5-0 win over Huddersfield on Wednesday. It's well known that Barcelona's primary target is Philippe Coutinho, although Liverpool's demands have obliged Barcelona to look for alternatives.
However Arsene Wenger has no intention of letting Ozil nor Alexis Sanchez leave Arsenal in the winter window.
In fact, Arsenal's new executive - former Barcelona man Raul Sanllehi, will be intending to seal the renovations of the two stars.
