Messi & De Jong rested for Barcelona's trip to Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday
They've not missed a game this season but will not take part in the Champions League this week
Ronald Koeman had a couple of surprises up his sleeve with Barcelona's squad for the Champions League game against Dynamo Kiev this week.
Both Lionel Messi and Frenkie de Jong have been rested for the game, with Barça travelling with just a 19-man squad due to injuries.
Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti, Ronald Araujo, Sergi Roberto, Sergio Busquets and Ansu Fati are all missing through injury.
Barça B team players Iñaki Peña, Oscar Mingueza and Konrad de la Fuente will travel to the Ukraine, as will Matheus Fernandes, called up to the first-team squad for the first team.
Koeman's side have won all three of their Champions League games to date so the pressure is slightly off this week.

EL PLAN DE VIAJE A KIEV
La plantilla azulgrana parte este lunes al mediodía hacia Ucrania, y el plan de viaje previsto es tomar a las 15.00 horas el vuelo chárter AEA937 con destino Kiev.
A las 19.35 horas (hora local), debe llegar al aeropuerto y trasladarse al hotel Hilton Kiev, que será su cuartel general en la capitall ucraniana.
El miércoles 25, tras la disputa del partido frente al Dinamo, la expedición tomará el vuelo de regreso a las 01.45 horas. Está previsto que aterrice en el aeropuerto de El Prat a las 04.30 horas.
