Mendes committed to Ansu Fati Barca move

The forward is not sure about Wolves but that’s the aim

Barça are already working hard to comply with their viability plan presented to La Liga and everything depends on making several sales in the coming weeks to increase revenue and reduce the wage bill. One of the players who must leave is Ansu Fati and the Blaugrana are sure that soon there will be news.

The player's agent, Jorge Mendes, is committed to placing the player in this market and there are advanced options that they have been working on in recent months, especially in the Premier League market.

Mendes, who maintains a great relationship with the president of Barça, Joan Laporta, committed himself several weeks ago to selling Ansu Fati and leaving economic benefits in the coffers of the club. The Portuguese, who traveled expressly to Barcelona to talk to Ansu himself and his family, has negotiated several destinations but absolutely prioritizes that the Blaugrana forward goes to Wolves in an operation that would leave Rúben Neves at Barcelona.

This option is very beneficial for Barça because the transfer of Ansu would be valued at almost 80 million euros. 30 million would be paid in cash and 50 in the arrival of Rúben Neves, according to the valuation that has been made on the market. The accounting benefits would be substantial and would allow a decisive step to be taken for La Liga to allow the registration of new signings.

Until this moment, Ansu did not see the option of playing for Wolverhampton at all clearly, although the pressure on the player is going to be great in the coming days. It seems that several clubs have been ruled out and Newcastle are on standby, but everything will be rushed before June 30.
