Memphis to Atletico Madrid? Not before January 29

Atletico Madrid want Memphis Depay to fill the hole left by Joao Felix.

However Barcelona are unlikely to let Memphis go until near the end of January - when Robert Lewandowski’s suspension is finished.

The Polish striker missed one game against Espanyol and is out against Getafe on Jan 22 and Girona on Jan 29.

Ferran Torres is also set to be out after his red card against Atletico Madrid, leaving Xavi with Raphinha, Ansu and Dembele - and Memphis.
