Memphis: "I can't enjoy my first goal properly"
The Dutch international was satisfied with his strike, but said he couldn't enjoy it properly having missed out on all three points

In last night's match against Athletic Club, the new signing demonstrated his talents once more, offering solutions when his side were struggling to find a breakthrough (which was the majority of the match). Alongside Frenkie de Jong, he was Barça's best player at a raucous 'Cathedral'.
When asked about his goal, he said "It's always great to score a goal, but I'm disappointed with the result. I cam't enjoy my first goal properly because we haven't came away with all three points. It was a tough match, but obviously it means a lot to score my first goal for the club. I hope it will be the first of many".
On the performance of his compatriot, Ronald Koeman said "That's what we signed him for, [to make the difference] in games like this".
