The planning for next season is at an advanced stage, even though the new board have to give the green light to a few movements that have been made over the past few months.
Barcelona have Eric Garcia ready to sign a five-year deal in April, while Memphis Depay and Georginio Wijnaldum are also set to join.
The latter two, whom coach Ronald Koeman likes a lot, have agreed to join Barca and the club only needs to ratify the moves. Both would sign for three years.
Wijnaldum and Depay have been on the table since last summer, both are out of contract at the end of the season with Liverpool and Lyon respectively.
Koeman’s desire for them was key for the two to agree to come and stay on hold until the club confirms the deals. Both will also accept salaries that don’t cause the club further financial issues.
