The two will meet at Camp Nou to decide the Barcelona coach's fate

Joan Laporta and Ronald Koeman have to meet on Tuesday to discuss the Dutch coach's future as Barcelona coach.

On Tuesday morning, the media present at Camp Nou captured the arrival of director of football Mateu Alemany and president Joan Laporta and believed the meeting with Koeman was imminent.

However, SER revealed that the club were actually meeting with Liverpool midfielder Gigi Wijnaldum's agents. He is out of contract in the summer and was wanted by Koeman last year.

Therefore, the meeting between Koeman and Laporta, along with Alemany, has been delayed until Tuesday afternoon/evening in the same offices at Camp Nou.

In the meeting, both sides will express their opinions on the season and on where and how Barça can improve. Then a decision will be made on Koeman's future.

The Dutch coach has one year to run on his contact and has expressed a desire to remain in charge.
