The duo are Barcelona targets and they could strike for them this summer

Barcelona want to fish in Valencia waters. Gerard Romero has reported that there was a meeting in the Catalan capital between Barcelona president Joan Laporta, his right hand man Rafa Yuste and two Valencia representatives - president Anil Murthy and advisor Joey Lim.

The Blaugrana are preparing for next season and are interested in Jose Gaya and Carlos Soler. Both are out of contract with Valencia in 2023 and could be got at good prices.

Per audios leaked and published by SuperDeporte, Murthy let it be known that Valencia would not make it hard for the duo to be signed, meaning Barcelona are closer than ever.

For Xavi a left back to give Alba competition is important and Marcos Alonso is the other name that has been heavily linked.

In midfield they are looking at a potential Frenkie de Jong replacement and it could be Soler, which would allow Barcelona to make some money on the Dutchman.
