Barcelona star Lionel Messi's youngest son is already beginning to learn a second language
Social media continues to present us with glimpses into the lives of famous people which in previous years would have been impossible. It's difficult to imagine a journalist naturally filming what goes on inside the homes of well-known people, but now it's normal for us to see inside the places where footballers live.
Lionel Messi is not one of the most public players when it comes to using social media. But every now and again he does surprise with a pearl. And on Wednesday there was an example of this. The Barcelona star posted a video on his Instagram of his youngest son, Mateo, in front of a television learning his first words in English. The video corresponds with an English course called "Super Simple Learning" and the youngest Messi showed a good grasp of the language.
Of course, being Messi, the video soon went viral and within 45 minutes of it being posted it had already been viewed more than 1,500,000 times.
