Martin Braithwaite is ambitious and has revealed just how much on Wednesday. The Barcelona striker answered a number of questions from his followers on Twitter to pass some time while in quarantine. He spoke about his objectives, his football career and also about personal subjects.
One follower asked the Danish international: "Would you like to be a legend at our club Barça?" And he replied: "Of course yeah."
It's notable that Braithwaite has identified with Barça in many aspects since his first day at the club. That's even true off the pitch, as he revealed that his toothbrush is in the club's colours.
Another question that caught the attention was 'who is the fastest player on the team?' Braithwaite said: "You're talking to him."
Meanwhile, he revealed that Brazil legend Ronaldo and the boxer Muhammad Ali are among his idols, while in Denmark he looks up to “Allan Simonsen, Michael Laudrup and Peter Schmeichel” (Simonsen played for Barça).
Camp Nou is his favourite stadium to play at ("an easy answer") and his favourite Barça memory of many is Andres Iniesta's goal at Chelsea in 2009.
