According to 'The Sun', United will offer Atletico €106m for the French forward as they look to beat Barça to his signature

Manchester United aren't giving up on signing Antoine Griezmann this summer. According to 'The Sun', United are ready to table a €106.5m offer to Atletico Madrid so they can beat Barça to the deal.

The 'Red Devils' believe a €26m per season contract will be enough to make Griezmann swap Spain for England.

One factor which hurts the pulling power of the English giants is the fact they won't be involved in next season's Champions League. However, the fact Griezmann said he could play outside of Spain has given United fresh hope.

This is why United are preparing a £95m (€106.5m) bid and hope to convince Atletico to accept it. Griezmann would become the club's most expensive signing ever. At the moment that record belongs to Paul Pogba who they paid Juventus £89m (€100m) for.
